It’s cool when you know how do a back handspring – and very cool when you can do 2 in a row followed by a back-salto!
Beginners and intermediate gymnasts will gain the individual challenge they seek. Safety is key! Once you have a strong jump and handstand before we may attempt back handspring training. These skills are ideal for cheerleading, dance, as well as general gymnastics classes.
When you master the back handspring independently you can move along to the Flipping Class.
