USAG Junior Olympic Team Program

USAG Junior Olympic Team Program

Our Junior Olympic (JO) Program is tailored for athletes aiming to compete in a traditional and rigorous gymnastics environment. This program encompasses 10 progressive levels.

Levels 1-5

Levels 1-5

Focus on compulsory routines, where gymnasts
perform standardized routines to master
fundamental skills.

Levels 6–10

Levels 6–10

Emphasize optional routines, allowing gymnasts to showcase individually choreographed performances that highlight their unique strengths and creativity.

Achieving Level 10 opens the opportunity to enter the Elite Program, where athletes can strive for selection to the National Team and represent the USA in major national and international competitions.

The Xcel Team Program is designed for athletes seeking a flexible and enjoyable competitive experience. This program features optional routines, enabling gymnasts to perform personalized routines that reflect their individual skills and artistic expression.

USAG Xcel Team Program

Ideal for athletes balancing multiple activities or those looking for a reduced financial and time commitment, the Xcel Program serves as an excellent transition from recreational classes to competitive gymnastics. Additionally, it offers mobility into the Junior Olympic Program for those aspiring to advance further.

Competitive Team Program

Our competitive gymnastics team is led by Aurelia Bentov, a former Romanian national gymnast. With years of elite-level experience and a passion for athlete development, under her leadership, our athletes receive top-tier instruction and guidance to develop their skills across all Olympic events, preparing them for local, regional and national competitions.

Being part of the competitive team requires dedication, discipline, and a passion for excellence. Athletes train regularly to refine their technique, strength, and flexibility, with a focus on both individual performance and team collaboration.

Additionally, we offer Elite Training for gymnasts demonstrating exceptional talent and commitment. This personalized training ensures they reach their full potential and advance to higher levels of competition.

Team Program

Mini All-Stars Competitive Program (Ages 5+)

Our Mini All-Stars program is an invitation-only competitive training group designed for young athletes ready to take their gymnastics to the next level. Meeting twice a week for two hours, this program focuses on developing the foundational skills, strength, and discipline needed to transition into our USAG Competitive Team.

Mini All-Stars will train in a structured, team-oriented environment, preparing to compete and advance through the USAG levels. This program is designed to transform young gymnasts into confident competitors, building a strong technical foundation while fostering a love for the sport.
