Session 2 – Wk 5: July 15-19
Gymnastics is an experiment. We create formulas to enhance skills that we learn. Problem solving through trial and error. Formulating gymnastics sequences that make skills better. This is perfect for the intermediate and more advanced gymnast but not limited to. The beginner is destined to learn while having fun. We will use video to show how we do skills and how to make them better. It is a more scientific approach of learning to have fun and be good at something. All scientists will receive a science award.
